Frequently Asked Questions

 

Where are you located?
We are located in Brooklin, Ontario, Canada.

Do you off shipping on your products?
We ship Canada wide via Canada Post or Fedex depending on the items purchased.  At the current time we do not offer shipping of any live stock or food products to the United States.

Please describe your shipping process.
All live stock is packed on the day of the shipment.  Shipments to eastern and western Canada are picked up via Fedex by 6pm with delivery to your house or business location between 9am and 3pm dependant on weather conditions.  Coral frags are not shipped in bags, but are shipped in individual plastic containers as seen here.  If the frag is larger they will be double bagged.  We will use hot packs or cold packs depending on the weather conditions.

Do you offer free pickup?
Yes we do offer free pickup and in some cases will meet at a central location, contact us for further details.  Some common locations are North York, Orillia and Barrie.

Are you interested in trading corals?
Yes, we will consider trades at our discretion.

Are you interested in a trade of a particular piece of my equipment for some corals?
Yes, we will consider trades at our discretion.

Will you help me sell my setup as I'm leaving the hobby?
We are willing to assist in this process for 20% of the items sold.  As nice as it would be to sell a complete setup live stock and all, it is not very practical.  Once you take down the system and set it up at the new location the water parameters are going to be unstable which in turn stresses the live stock.  There are advantages to parting out.  Contact us for more details.
